RATES AND RESERVATION POLICIES

Rental Charges for up to 8 guests.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests

• Round Lake Lodging is pet and smoke free.

• A 50% deposit via credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Once rental dates are confirmed, an invoice will be issued summarizing all charges, including rental rates and security deposit. The balance of your invoice is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Reservations confirmed within 30 days of arrival require payment in full.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee plus 3% processing fee if paid by credit card. This amount will be deducted from the rental deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of all charges.

• To protect your vacation investment , we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase.

• Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am. Contact us if different times are necessary.

• Please remember you are visiting our home. It will be clean upon your arrival and cleaned after you leave. This service is included in the rental fee. "Extraordinary" cleaning will be charged to the security deposit.

• Under normal circumstances, the security deposit will be returned in full, once the house has been inspected and keys returned upon your departure. In the case of damages, the cost of repairs, including materials and labor, will be deducted from your security deposit.
